At 6.53 pm today, we told you how Shah Rukh Khan was in no mood to reconcile with Deepika Padukone (Deepika extends olive branch, SRK doesn't want to reconcile yet, December 18). And in a matter of 12 minutes, King Khan took the safe route and responded to the actress' tweet at 7.05 pm.
The superstar posted:
We're all for the camaraderie - like everyone else, we too would love to see the Chennai Express stars reuniting for a film together or at least, going back to being friends.
For now, the timing of SRK's tweet has us a little puzzled. Is this a heartfelt gesture? Or is he just being politically correct? Our guess is as good as yours.
